Trusted home services
in Auckland, done right.

Download the Servy app, pick the service you need, and choose a date and time. You'll see the price before you confirm, and you'll get a notification once a provider accepts. The whole thing takes a couple of minutes.

Auckland-wide, today. Other New Zealand cities come next, and which ones depends on where the demand is.

Yes — Servy is on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and on Google Play for Android.

You see a fixed price in the app before you book, so there's no quote chasing and no surprise callout fee at the end. Price depends on the service and how long the job takes.

Every provider is ID-verified and reference-checked before they can take a job, and they have to hold their own New Zealand public liability insurance. Ratings from real customers stay on their profile, and providers who can't keep their standard up are removed.

Four: cleaning (regular, deep and end-of-tenancy), lawn and garden care (mow, edge, weed and tidy), general labour (heavy lifting and odd jobs), and moving help (load, unload and van with driver). If you need something outside those, post a custom job and providers will quote on it.

Tell us in the app. Payment is held until the job is marked complete, and our support team will look at the job photos and messages and sort out a fair outcome.

Apply through the provider application on this site. Once you're approved and your insurance is sorted, you download the Servy Mates app, set your own schedule, and pick the jobs you want. Providers keep 95% of every booking.
